Adults ages 14 and above.
Our adult program follows a systematic curriculum to help you gain self-defense and martial arts skills as you improve fitness, balance, and flexibility. It can be tailored to each student. If you can't do a technique for any reason, you don't have to. This allows our older students to take things slow and make sure they don't hurt themselves. We also give ample opportunity for our younger students to go above and beyond to get a good workout. This allows you to train in a way that works for you.
