Our students learn proven strategies for personal safety & awareness combined with very practical and effective self defense.  Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) has become a very popular spectator sport and is often looked at only as cage fighting. Although that is what is viewed by millions on television, the more common version that is being practiced by millions of Americans is actually a blend of martial arts disciplines that can be learned in a clean, safe, friendly, and family oriented atmosphere.
